Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 egg
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp.oregano
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2) Sautee onions and garlic in avocado oil or olive oil
3) Mix together all ingredients
4) Form into equal-sized meatballs, makes about 20
5) Place on a lightly greased baking sheet
6) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F

**I ate the meatballs with chickpea pasta & sauce!**
