Gluten Free Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 whole egg
- sprinkle *optional Italian seasoning, salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- In a bowl combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and ricotta cheese
- Microwave for 1 minute, stir then microwave for another 30 seconds
- Mix in egg and optional seasoning
- Place parchment paper on baking sheet and spread out dough to desired thickness-- *I put parchment paper on top to help me spread it out or you can use a rolling pin!
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
- Take out of oven and top with favorite toppings, bake for another 5-6 minutes
