Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients:

Bottom layer:
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 tbsp. coconut sugar
1/2 lemon juice

Top layer:
1 cup oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 F
2) Grease an 8×8 glass baking dish with coconut oil
3) Mix together blueberries, coconut sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into bottom of the pan
4) Melt coconut oil
5) Mix together coconut oil, coconut sugar, pure vanilla extract, and cinnamon
6) Pour mixture on top of blueberry mixture
7) Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
8) Broil for 2-3 minutes to get the top golden brown **I topped mine with some vanilla Halo Top!
