Chicken Cheese Steak

Ingredients
- 1 pack raw chicken tenders (1.5-2lb)
- 1 whole red bell pepper
- 1 whole yellow bell pepper
- 1 whole yellow onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp worshire sauce
- sprinkle of salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- 5 slices provolone cheese
- whole wheat or gluten free rolls
Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in skillet
- After cutting red peppers and onions in thin slices add in skillet
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper
- Let cook for about 3 minutes, stirring regularly
- Cut chicken into small slices and add in skillet
- Let chicken cook until inside is no longer pink
- Add in iltaian seasoning and worshire sauce
- Turn heat on low and using a spatula chop up cooked chicken into smaller pieces
- Add slices of cheese on top and let melt
- Serve on fresh rolls
- *Makes about 4-5 sandwiches
