Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 garlic gloves finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Sautee onions and garlic in avocado oil or olive oil
- Mix together all ingredients
- Form into equal sized meatballs, makes about 20
- Place on lightly greased baking sheet
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F
