Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides

Instructions

  • Boil water in pot
  • Once boiled, add in oats and cook for 5-6 minutes
  • Pour in frozen berries and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
  • Pour into bowl and let cool for 2-3 minutes
  • Mix in collagen & protein powder
  • Top with toppings of choice (granola, bee pollen, hemp seeds, banana)
