Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
Instructions
- Boil water in pot
- Once boiled, add in oats and cook for 5-6 minutes
- Pour in frozen berries and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
- Pour into bowl and let cool for 2-3 minutes
- Mix in collagen & protein powder
- Top with toppings of choice (granola, bee pollen, hemp seeds, banana)
