Ingredients
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Heat waffle Iron
- Mix together almond flour and protein powder
- Melt coconut oil
- Mix together coconut oil, egg whites, vanilla, and almond milk
- Mix together both mixtures
- Fold in blueberries
- Pour 1/4 of mixture into waffle iron
- Cook until done
- Repeat until mixture is gone, makes 3 waffles
- Top with whatever toppings you like (nuts, blueberry, greek yogurt)
- Enjoy!
