Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  • Heat waffle Iron
  • Mix together almond flour and protein powder
  • Melt coconut oil
  • Mix together coconut oil, egg whites, vanilla, and almond milk
  • Mix together both mixtures
  • Fold in blueberries
  • Pour 1/4 of mixture into waffle iron
  • Cook until done
  • Repeat until mixture is gone, makes 3 waffles
  • Top with whatever toppings you like (nuts, blueberry, greek yogurt)
  • Enjoy!
