Ingredients:
4 slices ezekiel bread
2 whole eggs
2 tbsp almond milk (or any milk)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp coconut oil or coconut oil spray
**Toppings (optional): bananas, blueberries, unsweetened shredded coconut, pure maple syrup
Directions:
1) Defrost Ezekiel Bread in the microwave (if frozen)
2) Mix together Eggs, Vanilla, Milk, Cinnamon & Pumpkin Spice
3) Heat a large pan on the stove, grease with coconut oil
4) Dip each side of Ezekiel bread in the egg mixture
5) Place bread in a heated pan and cook on medium heat
6) Cook each side for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown
7) Top with toppings of choice
8) Enjoy!
