Ezekiel Bread French Toast

Ingredients
- 4 slices ezekiel bread
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp almond milk (or any milk)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp coconut oil or coconut oil spray
- **Toppings (optional): bananas, blueberries, unsweetened shredded coconut, pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Defrost Ezekiel Bread in microwave (if frozen)
- Mix together Eggs, Vanilla, Milk, Cinnamon & Pumpkin Spice
- Heat large pan on stove, grease with coconut oil
- Dip each side of Ezekiel bread in the egg mixture
- Place bread in heated pan and cook on medium heat
- Cook each side for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown
- Top with toppings of choice
