Mago Tofu Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 1 cup brown rice or rice of choice
- 1 whole mango
- 1 whole avocado
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chile lime seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package
- Soak water out of tofu and cut into large dices
- Spray pan with olive oil
- Once pan is hot pour tofu in a cook until golden brown on each side
- Mix together all sauce ingredients
- Once tofu is brown pour sauce mixture on top and stir in, lower heat
- Cut up mango and avocado
- Once sauce is soaked into tofu remove from heat
- In bowls layer brown rice with tofu and top with mango and avocado, Makes 3 small bowls
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and extra chili lime seasoning on top if desired
