Mini Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tbsp all natural chunky peanut butter
- 1 whole banana
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix together protein powder, powdered peanut butter, almond flour, and baking soda
- Melt coconut oil then mix together with egg, and almond milk
- Add two mixtures together
- Mix in peanut butter
- Smash up banana and mix into mixture
- Grease mini muffin pan with avocado oil
- Evenly distribute mixture into muffin pan, makes about 30 mini muffins
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
- Remove from muffin pan & Enjoy!
