Preheat oven to 425 F
In a bowl combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and ricotta cheese
Microwave for 1 minute, stir then microwave for another 30 seconds
Mix in egg and optional seasoning
Place parchment paper on baking sheet and spread out dough to desired thickness-- *I put parchment paper on top to help me spread it out or you can use a rolling pin!
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Take out of oven and top with favorite toppings, bake for another 5-6 minutes
