Gluten Free Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 1 whole egg
  • sprinkle *optional Italian seasoning, salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • In a bowl combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and ricotta cheese
  • Microwave for 1 minute, stir then microwave for another 30 seconds
  • Mix in egg and optional seasoning
  • Place parchment paper on baking sheet and spread out dough to desired thickness-- *I put parchment paper on top to help me spread it out or you can use a rolling pin!
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes
  • Take out of oven and top with favorite toppings, bake for another 5-6 minutes
