Ingredients

  • 2-3 cup arugula
  • 1 cup cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp omegranate balsamic
  • **optional: top with grilled chicken**

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together
  • Mix together olive oil and balsamic, pour on salad
