Chicken Cheese Steak

  • 1 pack raw chicken tenders (1.5-2lb)
  • 1 whole red bell pepper
  • 1 whole yellow bell pepper
  • 1 whole yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp worshire sauce
  • sprinkle of salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 5 slices provolone cheese
  • whole wheat or gluten free rolls


  • Heat olive oil over medium heat in skillet
  • After cutting red peppers and onions in thin slices add in skillet
  • Sprinkle with salt & pepper
  • Let cook for about 3 minutes, stirring regularly
  • Cut chicken into small slices and add in skillet
  • Let chicken cook until inside is no longer pink
  • Add in iltaian seasoning and worshire sauce
  • Turn heat on low and using a spatula chop up cooked chicken into smaller pieces
  • Add slices of cheese on top and let melt
  • Serve on fresh rolls
  • *Makes about 4-5 sandwiches
