Mago Tofu Bowl

  • 1 block tofu
  • 1 cup brown rice or rice of choice
  • 1 whole mango
  • 1 whole avocado


  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp chile lime seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • Cook rice according to package
  • Soak water out of tofu and cut into large dices
  • Spray pan with olive oil
  • Once pan is hot pour tofu in a cook until golden brown on each side
  • Mix together all sauce ingredients
  • Once tofu is brown pour sauce mixture on top and stir in, lower heat
  • Cut up mango and avocado
  • Once sauce is soaked into tofu remove from heat
  • In bowls layer brown rice with tofu and top with mango and avocado, Makes 3 small bowls
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and extra chili lime seasoning on top if desired
