Ezekiel Bread French Toast

  • 4 slices ezekiel bread
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (or any milk)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or coconut oil spray
  • **Toppings (optional): bananas, blueberries, unsweetened shredded coconut, pure maple syrup


  • Defrost Ezekiel Bread in microwave (if frozen)
  • Mix together Eggs, Vanilla, Milk, Cinnamon & Pumpkin Spice
  • Heat large pan on stove, grease with coconut oil
  • Dip each side of Ezekiel bread in the egg mixture
  • Place bread in heated pan and cook on medium heat
  • Cook each side for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown
  • Top with toppings of choice
  • Enjoy!
