Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 lb  1 pack raw chicken breast
  • 3.5 cups 3.5 cups small potatoes (cut in 1/2)
  • 12 oz 12 oz green beans
  • 12 oz carrots

Sauce:

  • 2 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together all ingredients for the sauce
  • Spray inside of crockpot with olive oil
  • Add all ingredients into crockpot
  • Pour sauce on top and mix together
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours
